Project Overview

At Mandiri Learning Festival 2024, Sewaingame was appointed to create a fully interactive multi-game arena designed to engage 2,000 employees in a single day.

All games were rebranded into Mandiri Edition, carrying Mandiri’s corporate look while keeping the experience fun, competitive, and fast-paced.

We deployed a complete setup consisting of:

  • Battle Royale Sprint Challenge: 2 Units (4 players each)

  • Word Scramble Mandiri Edition: 4 Units (2 players each)

  • Knowledge Battle Stations: 8 Units (2 players each)

  • Cycling Speed Challenge: 1 Unit (2 players each)

Every station supported real-time 2-player gameplay, optimized for quick rotation and high throughput.

1. A One-Day Event With 2,000 Participants

The arena had to maintain extremely fast player rotation while staying intuitive and fun for all divisions.

2. Full Corporate Rebranding

Every UI element, sound cue, character, and visual needed to look and feel like Mandiri’s internal brand, not a generic game template.

3. Multi-Game Technical Load

Running 15 interactive units simultaneously —
touch screens, quiz machines, sprint pads, and cycling sensors —
all required stability and synchronized performance for a full-day crowd.
