From Zero Visitor Insight to a Fully Measurable Gamified Experience

For the first time, INPEX gained complete visibility into booth traffic, behavior, and engagement through a seamless registration-first gamification system.

Project Overview

INPEX participated in the IPA Convention & Exhibition with a high-energy, high-traffic booth — but previously had no system to understand who visited, what they interacted with, or how each activation performed.

We created INPEX Game On, a fully branded, multi-activity gamification ecosystem that connected all booth experiences under one unified registration, one user identity, and one scoring system.

Visitors explored the booth, scanned QR points, played games, completed missions, and redeemed rewards — all tracked automatically.

The Challenge

Before the project began, INPEX had a big, beautifully designed booth — but no structured way to drive engagement or understand their visitors.
They needed a solution that could:

  • Attract large crowds and keep them inside the booth, not just passing by

  • Turn multiple booth elements into one connected, interactive experience

  • Encourage visitors to explore every zone: presentations, CSR showcase, ABADI landmark, Operations Map, games, etc.

  • Track who was visiting and what they were doing

  • Create organic excitement with missions, points, and rewards

  • And finally:
    Make the entire booth measurable, interactive, and fun for a very mixed audience — from students to engineers.

Our Approach

We built a unified, multi-activity gamification system that connected all INPEX booth experiences into one seamless journey.
The system combined:

  • QR Registration as a single identity to unlock all activities

  • Daily Presentation Quizzes with instant points at the end of every session

  • Operation Map Exploration with hidden QR codes on the LED screen

  • Word Scramble Game with auto-synced scoring & leaderboard

  • CSR Social Impact Showcase with embedded QR missions

  • ABADI Landmark Photo Mission verified via Instagram posts

  • Tea Ceremony Access as a high-point premium activity

  • Reward Redemption fully tracked through a structured point system

No app download.
No complicated steps.
